The company is promoted by Mr. R.K. Aggarwal, a mechanical engineer of 1962 batch. He served many top companies manufacturing pipes and tubes looking after entire affairs of these companies. Then in 1981 he ventured to form his own company 'USHA ENGINEERING WORKS' which has today become one of the top company manufacturing Tube Mills, Slitting Lines, Galvanizing Plants and other connected equipment.

He has an experience of almost 40 years in Tubes & Galvanizing industry and has won several awards for his outstanding contribution to the tube & galvanizing industry.

He is assisted by his sons Kapil Aggarwal (engineer), Rajesh Aggarwal (MBA) and Akshay Aggarwal (engineer) along with a team of dedicated engineers, professionals & skilled workmen to manage the affairs of the company.
